Wave Armor stands behind all of our quality products and we warrant to any original owner that we will repair or replace at our discretion, any product found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect within the specific product’s warranty period.*

Warranty replacement or repairs will be made without charge by Wave Armor or an authorized dealer. Transportation/shipping charges to and from Wave Armor or an authorized dealer are the responsibility of the customer. All other obligations or liabilities, including loss of use, inconvenience, commercial loss and consequential damages are hereby excluded. The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to an accident, adjustment, improper installation, misapplication, misuse, modification, neglect, repair, including but not limited to improper maintenance, or use of unauthorized parts or attachments. Warranty reimbursement and/or replacement value will be prorated at 10% per year of ownership.

RMA Authorization is required for any return for any reason. RMA number should be clearly a legibly printed on the top or side of the return packaging (i.e. RMA #123456). To procure an authorized RMA claim number click the Warranty Claim Form Link below.

WARRANTY PERIOD

*Wave Armor reserves the right to change product models, features, and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of Dealers or Consumers. Wave Armor products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes. Warranty Period for Docks is 10 years and the Warranty Period for Ports is 7 years, all prorated at 10% per year of ownership.

NOTE:

Warranties and returns will not be honored without original receipt of purchase and images of the damaged or defective product. Warranties do not apply to floor or display models, out-of- box models, and close-out or discontinued items.

Customer Service hours are 8am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, CST. All returns must be properly packaged, and if the product is not being returned due to a manufacturer’s defect, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee and all freight cost incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

DOCKS & PORTS:

Wave Armor warrants that the products sold hereunder will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years (Docks) and 7 years (Ports) from date of purchase. This applies to excessive deformation of surface area, cracking, taking on water or ultraviolet deterioration.

PARTS & ATTACHMENTS:

Wave Armor warrants that the parts and attachments sold hereunder will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. This applies to cracking or breaking of an attachment due to poor workmanship. If evidence exists that the product failed due to excessive abuse, mishandling, extreme natural elements, vandalism, or an improper installation, Wave Armor may choose not to replace the part(s) free of charge.

SWIM RAFTS, KAYAKS, AND BENCHES:

Wave Armor warrants that the products sold hereunder will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. This applies to excessive deformation of surface area, cracking, taking on water or ultraviolet deterioration. If evidence exists that the product failed due to excessive abuse, mishandling, extreme natural elements, vandalism, or an improper installation, Wave Armor may choose not to replace the part(s) free of charge.
